Bookmarks allow you to tag an area of the system so that you can return to it quickly. You can set a tag on an area by accessing Goto Bookmark from the application menu. You may then add a bookmark to the bookmark list, if a record or transaction is open, or select Goto to return to an existing bookmark.

If you are on the main menu you may also select Close All Bookmarks to clear all existing bookmarks from the system.

When you select Goto, the Bookmark List appears:

Click on the number next to the bookmark to open that bookmark and return to that area. For example, in the picture above, pressing 3 would switch the system to the Supplier's area and move to the account E2000. You can also press the left or right arrow buttons in the bottom left corner to move to the previous or next selected bookmark. Otherwise use the arrow keys or mouse to move through the list of bookmarks and press the Goto button when you wish to open your selection.

To remove any bookmark in the system select it first with the arrow keys or mouse and then press the Close button.
