Backup Wizard 3
Once you have decided what you will backup, you must specify where and how to save your information:

Destination
Enter where the backup is to be saved to. This may be a network drive, a floppy disk drive or another location on your hard disk. Backups should normally be saved to a location different from the hard disk that is running CAPITAL. (Saving a backup to the same place is keeping your eggs in the same basket.)
You can only save to a writeable destination. You cannot normally save to a CD unless you have the appropriate software installed to make your CD appear like a normal writable/removable disk. This software may come supplied with your CD ROM drive or may have to be purchased separately.
Name
A short code that is used to represent the backup file. This can be up to 8 characters long.
Rename/Overwrite
Select whether you wish to overwrite a backup if it already exists at the location you specify or if you want the system to automatically rename the file so that the previous backup is kept.
