Back Order by Customer (#209)
To run this report, from the main menu select Section|Reporting, click on the Customers button and select Back Orders: by Customer from the list of reports.
This report lists back orders in the system by customer.
Account Code
Enter the customer code, click on
to select from a list or leave blank to list all back orders.
List Allocations Only
Tick
to only report on back orders that have been allocated stock.
Not Fully Allocated
Tick
to only report on back orders that have not been fully allocated stock. This can be useful in determining
situations where the stock holding level is below your customer's requirements.
Sort By Forward Date
Tick
to sort the report in forward date sequence, rather than back order date sequence.
A
Forward order is an order that is marked with a date to indicate that stock is not to be allocated to
it until that date arrives. A forward ordered back order will not be released until the current system
date equals or exceeds the forward order date.
Include Address
Tick
if you want to add the contact address under the contact name.
List Allocated Stock
Select to include the allocated stock column on the report.
List Orders On Hold
Select to exclude back orders on back order hold, from the report.
List Available Stock
Select to include the available stock column on the report.
