Assembly Options

Enterprise & Corporate Edition Only

To access Assembly Manager options select Build|Options from the Assembly Manager menu.

Title

The descriptive title of the assembly.

GL Set

The general ledger set only applies to general ledger users. Use this to specify the debit side of the expense and labour credits generated by the Assembly Manager. For example, this may be your Finished Stocks Inventory Account or Manufacturing Purchases Account.

Change Location

Only applicable if you are running multi-location stock control. All stock items to be assembled must normally be transferred from the same location. Once inventory has been assigned to either Materials/Stock or Finished Stock, the location cannot be changed, without first deleting those entries.

The Permit Multi-Locations configuration setting will allow you to mix stock from more than one location onto a single assembly.

This setting is not available unless the Stock Tracing Component is installed.

Access Level

The security access level needed to modify this assembly.
